I ordered from Manfrotto i’m not sure if I just caught them at a bad time or what, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, then the delivery date changed again, which made me start second-guessing whether it was even going to show up in time. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me much to go on. I needed it for a job, so the whole thing was stressful. I don’t think I’ll order direct again

I was disappointed with this. It was supposed to fit my camera and accessories, but in reality everything felt cramped and awkward. My gear just didn’t sit right, and it definitely didn’t match what I expected from the description.

Dealing with the warranty return was a headache. The whole process felt slow and confusing, and I spent around more time than I expected just trying to figure out what to do next.

I bought it because it was manfrotto and I figured it would be solid for the price, but after only a few uses the knobs already felt loose and one of the leg locks started sticking. It looks fine, so I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but it just doesn’t feel sturdy or reliable. For what it costs, I expected a lot better

I bought this Manfrotto tripod because so many people seem to rate them highly, and I figured it would be a practical upgrade over cheaper options. It’s sturdy enough, but the height was a letdown for me. I still end up bending down more than I thought I would, which gets annoying quickly.
The adjustments also feel more fiddly than I expected. The legs and center column take a bit longer to get right, and it just doesn’t feel as smooth as other tripods I’ve seen people using. It does the job, but for the price and the reputation, I was expecting it to be easier to live with

I reached out hoping for some guidance or a better solution, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Everyone just passed me along, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Umm, the whole ordering process was frustrating. The checkout kept freezing on me, the confirmation email showed up way later than expected, and support wasn’t really much help. I don’t think I’ll order directly from them again.

I bought this from manfrotto.com, a bit disappointed I am. The tripod wobbles more than I expected, especially outside. My camera isn’t even that heavy, but still it doesn’t feel very steady.

I reached out and still haven’t gotten a reply. i had a feeling customer service would be slow based on what I’d heard, and this pretty much confirms it for me.

I really wanted to like this, but the head just feels a bit jerky to me. When I’m trying to make small, precise movements, it doesn’t feel accurate enough. Isn’t smooth control kind of the whole point?

I bought this from manfrotto.com, the setup was more annoying than I thought it would be. The instructions weren’t super clear, so after a while I just had to trust my instinct a bit and keep checking videos to figure out what went where. The product itself seems fine now that it’s set up, but that first experience was definitely frustrating.

It does look nice, I’ll give it that, but holding it for more than a few minutes gets annoying. It just feels awkward in my hand, and the longer I use it, the more awkward it feels. I kept trying to adjust my grip, but it still didn’t feel right. Nice design, but not great to hold for long

The gear itself is good, but i’m too mentally drained to feel excited about paying that much for it. For what you get, it just feels overpriced.

I’ve been using my Manfrotto tripod for about 3 years now, it still feels like a solid piece of gear. I mostly bring it along for travel and outdoor shoots, so it’s definitely been bumped around and tossed in and out of bags plenty of times. Even so, the locks still feel secure and the legs don’t have that loose, wobbly feel. My gut still tells me I can trust it when I set up a shot, which says a lot after this much use. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the rubber feet are starting to look a bit worn. Overall, I’m happy with it. Not flawless, but definitely holding up well...

I bought this because I needed something sturdy for a little setup in my garage, and I even double-checked the listed weight limit before ordering because I’ve had stuff like this fail before. Unfortunately, it really doesn’t seem to handle anywhere near the weight it claims. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it, just trying to use it for what it said it could hold, and it still felt like it was struggling. Disappointed, especially since I waited until the weekend to set everything up and had to stop halfway through

The order got here on time, but the box was crushed and ripped on one side. The item seems fine, thankfully, but I still had to check everything over way more carefully than I should’ve. Kind of annoying to deal with extra work after waiting for a delivery.
